Andrei is a founding member and the coordinator of NZA, providing legal services mainly for solving disputes and litigation and for the day-to-day business of clients in different domains.

Irrespective of the size of the company or of the business, Andrei always succeeds in finding the best solutions in complex situations in insolvency, public procurement, energy, competition, sport, mergers and acquisitions, also representing clients in disputes and litigation.

In the past 10 years Andrei has been advising one of the biggest companies active in the Energy field, providing legal assistance in all public procurement projects the company has participated in, including the litigations that derived from these projects, and also in matters regarding the cross-border activity of the company by participating in projects all over Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Sports law met excellency through Andrei. He has advised one of the most well-known football teams in Romania, from its incorporation and licensing and during the current activity of the football club.
He graduated Bucharest Law School and has a LLM in Business Law – Insolvency, being member of the Bar since 2001.

1. Legal assistance in the purchase of EMAG from its founders in a deal exceeding Eur 4,000,000 (2009);

2. Legal assistance in the sale of EMAG to Naspers in a deal exceeding Eur 120,000,000€ (2012);

3. Representation in front of the Competition Council for Asesoft Distribution (NOD), EMAG and Flanco (2010-2011);

4. Legal assistance in purchasing telecommunication companies in deals exceeding Eur 6,000,000 (2015);

5. Legal assistance for the purchase of an outdoor advertising company in a deal exceeding Eur 8,000,000 (2014);

6. Advising in litigation that concluded in setting aside the fine imposed by the Competition Council on a taxi company in an investigation on price fixing of transport tariffs (2015).
